Your review will be shared in the same as reviews are shared from your RatePoint pages.  To see how anyone can share your reviews form your RatePoint pages, see this article: http://r8t.us/9ctiOp

That's it, you can share any review at anytime, give it a try!

We are working on Automatic sharing which will let you auto share reviews
when you make them public.  Will keep you posted on the progress.

New sharing bar and review pages coming!

Submitted Feb 03 in Announcements

In the coming days we will be making some great new sharing features available.  These new features will make it easier for people to share your reviews and feedback with Twitter and Facebook.

First, we'll have a new sharing bar:

What is it?  The sharing bar will be available on top of all review pages which have been shared with Twitter and Facebook.  With this toolbar always present on the top of your review pages, people can easily share any review and get the good word out about your business.

Here is an example of the toolbar in action.

When do people see it?  This toolbar is seen when a review for your business is shared by anyone (you or a customer of yours) to Twitter and/or Facebook.  When the link in the shared review is clicked they will see the review content and this toolbar will be at the top of the page.

See this example of a review shared to Twitter.  If this link is clicked
(when we release the new page updates) the person will be taken to the review page with the toolbar on top.

** In this example, if you click the link you will still see the old page

Next, we're making brand new, more friendly designs available to highlight your shared reviews:

When users visit a review page that has been shared with them on Twitter and/or Facebook, we will present the content to them in a nice new easy to read format.  And, we added more sharing options in the page to help them promote and share your content, join your mailing list and more...

Note: This is an example and the final version may differ slightly. (more information to come soon)

Stay tuned, we will be making these new updates in the coming days...

Submitted Jan 20 in Announcements

It's ready, you can now display and collect reviews with the new RatePoint Tab.

We had a lot of you ask about making the reviews and testimonials you have in your RatePoint account available to your Facebook fans.  Well, we did just that, and we made it so your fans could not only browse your reviews but submit them too.  It's easy to get started, check out the simple steps below...

First, make sure your Facebook individual profile or Facebook business page is connected to RatePoint.  See here for details on connecting: http://bit.ly/4oKzH5

1. Visit your "Wall" of your personal and/or business Facebook page

That's it! You should see the new RatePoint tab on your profile where flans will be able to read and submit reviews for your business.

Trouble?

If you don't see the tab in your list when you add a tab, try the following:

For your Facebook Business page

First, try searching for the RatePoint tab
